By accessing or using the Jaylana Saraya website, membership application, or coaching services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If that doesn’t sit right with you, please refrain from using this site or our services.

2. Who We Are
Jaylana Saraya is a platform built to empower and support bold reinvention through:
A private, by-application membership community for women-identifying individuals seeking connection, collaboration, and transformation
Coaching services tailored to women-identifying individuals in business, offered separately from the membership
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to access this site or apply for services. Our membership is open to women-identifying individuals — including cisgender women, transgender women, and nonbinary folks who identify with womanhood.
We reserve the right to review, accept, or deny any application in service of the community’s safety, alignment, and integrity.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use this site and our services respectfully and lawfully. You will not:
Submit false or misleading information
Harass, threaten, or harm other members
Share someone else’s personal info without their consent
Try to access areas, data, or tools you’re not authorized to use
We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access for any behavior that violates these terms or disrespects the community vibe.
5. Membership Application & Identity Verification
To maintain a safe, aligned space, you may be asked to verify your identity with a government-issued photo ID showing your full name and date of birth. This process is always:
Consent-based and voluntary
View-only — no images are stored
Available via live video call if preferred
All data shared is handled per our Privacy Policy.
6. Payment Terms
Some services (like membership or coaching) require payment. All payments are:
Final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
Processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party platforms
Billed as outlined at the time of purchase
Your membership stays active as long as your subscription is current and in good standing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including branding, visuals, text, downloadable materials, coaching content, and community resources — is the property of Jaylana Saraya unless noted otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or remix any content without express written permission. No sneaky screenshots either — respect the work. Just be an honest, decent human.
8. Confidentiality & Respect
For all community members and coaching clients:
What’s shared in coaching sessions, private spaces, or membership content stays there. Breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the community or cancellation of services — no refund.
Respect and integrity are non-negotiable.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and materials are provided “as is,” with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. We can’t promise results — because your growth is personal, and the magic happens when you show up for yourself.
You are solely responsible for how you apply the insights or guidance you receive here.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jaylana Saraya is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of this site or services — including, but not limited to, lost profits, missed opportunities, or unintentional miscommunications caused by emojis, Mercury retrograde, or any other reason.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms, misusing the platform, or harming the safety and alignment of the community. No drama — just boundaries.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflicts of law. If a dispute arises, we’ll handle it with clarity, calm, and legal backup as needed.
