1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, purchasing any digital product, or engaging any service offered by Jaylana Saraya, LLC (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, do not use the site or purchase the services. Simple math.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
2. Who We Are
This website and its offerings are operated by Jaylana Saraya, LLC, a Washington limited liability company.
Current offerings include:
Panorama Remote Audit™ (remote hospitality & guest‑experience audit catering to boutique hotels and short-term rentals)
Prestige On-Site Audit™ (on‑site hospitality & guest‑experience audit, beginning in 2027)
1:1 private calls via Zoom, by invitation only, to enable clients to gain clarity
No memberships. No subscriptions. No surprise nonsense.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use any Services. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
We reserve the right to review, accept, or deny any application in service of the community’s safety, alignment, and integrity.
4. Scope of Services & No Guarantees
All Services are educational, strategic, and advisory in nature.
Panorama Remote Audit™ & Prestige On-Site Audit™ provide professional opinions, observations, and recommendations based on experience, industry standards, and the information available at the time of review.
Results are not guaranteed. Implementation, outcomes, revenue, lifestyle changes, or business success are your responsibility.
5. Payment Terms
All prices are clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Payments are due in full unless otherwise specified in writing.
All payments are processed through secure, third‑party, PCI‑compliant platforms.
All sales are final and non‑refundable, including digital products and service audits, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
If you choose a pay-in-two option, your first payment is collected at checkout. The remaining balance will be automatically charged 30 days later using the payment method on file.
Initiating a chargeback for services already delivered constitutes a breach of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, materials, documents, templates, branding, copy, and visuals are the exclusive intellectual property of Jaylana Saraya, LLC, or are used by Jaylana Saraya, LLC under license, unless otherwise noted.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share materials
Record, screenshot, or repurpose content for commercial use
Present any framework as your own
Personal use means personal. Not your clients. Not your audience. Not your Etsy shop.
7. Confidentiality & Respect
Any information shared during audits, communications, or private exchanges is treated as confidential.
You agree not to disclose proprietary methods, written feedback, or internal documents without written permission. Breach of confidentiality may result in termination of services without refund.
8. Audit‑Specific Terms (Panorama & Prestige)
By purchasing an audit, you acknowledge and agree that:
Findings are subjective professional evaluations, not guarantees or certifications.
Audits do not replace legal compliance reviews, safety inspections, or regulatory approvals.
You are responsible for implementing (or not implementing) any recommendations.
For on‑site audits, the client is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property, staff cooperation where applicable, and a safe working environment.
Travel logistics, scheduling, and scope details will be outlined separately in writing where applicable.
9. User Conduct
You agree to use this site and Services lawfully and respectfully. You will not:
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to access restricted areas or data
Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual involved
Misrepresent services, scope, or affiliation
Boundary violations will be handled swiftly and without debate.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes, accuracy, or suitability for your specific situation.
You assume full responsibility for how you use the information provided
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaylana Saraya, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or Services — including, without limitation, lost revenue, missed opportunities, or decisions you later regret (at 2 a.m. or otherwise).
In no event shall total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate agreements at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
