2. Who We Are
Jaylana Saraya is a platform offering:
A private, by-application membership community for women-identifying individuals seeking connection, collaboration, and mutual growth.
Coaching services for women in business, offered separately from the membership.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access our site or apply for our services. Membership is open only to women-identifying individuals, which includes cisgender women, transgender women, and nonbinary individuals who identify with womanhood.
We reserve the right to review, approve, or deny any application to protect the integrity and safety of our community.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use this site and our services respectfully and lawfully. You will not:
Provide false information in your application or communications
Harass or harm other members
Share another person’s private information without their consent
Attempt to access data, services, or resources without authorization
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access for any behavior that violates our community values or these Terms.
5. Membership Application & Identity Verification
To maintain a safe and trusted space, you may be asked to verify your identity by presenting a government-issued photo ID that shows your full name and date of birth. This is always:
Voluntary and consent-based
View-only (not stored)
Optional via live video call if preferred
All data collected during the application process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Payment Terms
Membership access and coaching services may require payment. All payments are:
Final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Handled through secure third-party payment processors
Subject to the billing terms outlined at the time of purchase
Your membership remains active as long as your subscription is current.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, branding, coaching materials, and community resources — is the property of Jaylana Saraya unless otherwise credited.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.
8. Confidentiality & Respect
For community members and coaching clients:
You agree to keep private what is shared in the community, coaching sessions, or member resources. Breaches of confidentiality may result in removal from the community or cancellation of services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee outcomes or results from coaching or participation in the membership.
You are solely responsible for how you use the information or guidance received through this platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaylana Saraya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site or services.
